Healthy Waldorf Salad

Makes 8 servings

Iingredients

  • ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pkg. artificial sweetener
  • 3 cups red apples, cored and diced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ¼ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup raisins

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
