Iingredients
- ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 pkg. artificial sweetener
- 3 cups red apples, cored and diced into ½ inch pieces
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup raisins
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
